3542212 - When searching Test Cases in Test Preparation using Test Plan criteria, the <Blank> criteria yields different results than "Not Assigned" - Cloud ALM

• The filter results in SAP Cloud ALM Test Preparation are inconsistent.
• The "Test Plan" filter provides two options: <<empty>> and "not assigned"
• The filter results differ between the empty and not assigned, although the options should return the same result
• In my view, the two selection options can be combined into one, or at least provide the same results.
