3542242 - Inconsistency on Job Requisition Entity in the Story Reports - Recruiting Management

This article describes the Inconsistencies on pulling the Job Requisition Entity in the Story Reports.

Behavior 1: If you scroll down on the Entity list to Recruiting > Job Requisition and drag the Job Requisition entity, you will see a standalone Job Requisition node. This is the expected behavior.

a. Go to Report Center > My Reports > New > Story.
b. Choose Optimized Design Experience.
c. On the Query Designer > Go to the Entity list (Right Panel) > Scroll down to Recruiting > Job Requisition. 
d. Drag the entity on the Query Designer. 
e. You will see a standalone Job Requisition node. This is the expected behavior.

Behavior 2: If you search for Job Requisition on the Entity list, choose the matching entry for Job Requisition and drag the entity, you will see a Job Requisition node with a chain of other nodes. 

a. Go to Report Center > My Reports > New > Story.
b. Choose Optimized Design Experience.
c. On the Query Designer > Go to the Entity list (Right Panel) > Search for Job Requisition. 
d. Drag the entity on the Query Designer. 
e. You will see a Job Requisition node with a chain of other nodes.
