3542317 - Unexpected Interest Calculation in Securities with Partial Installments

Symptom

  • In security master data, when using a product type for bond with conditions for interest and partial installments, the base amount for interest calculation remains the original nominal amount even after the due date of partial installments.
  • For example, if a purchase of 10M of nominal, first interest condition amount is 50K (over a base amount of 10M) and first installment amount is 5M, the second interest condition is expected to be calculated based on 5M instead of 10M.
