Symptom
- New Chat / Task / Ticket in external system is missing expected data when created by External API Management.
- Error messages in the "Delivery" section of the console logs in External API Management.
- Error messages in the "Partner" section of the console logs in External API Management.
- Updating (or closing) Task / Ticket in external system fails when External API Management sends request.
