3542411 - Data is not displayed in Compensation Information Card in Full Profile - 1H 2025

Symptom

After enabling the Full Profile in People Profile, the Compensation Information block displays the message:

"There’s nothing to show yet.
When there is, you’ll see it here."

However:

  • When clicking on "View All" or the History button, compensation records are visible.
  • Data is also available and displayed correctly through All Actions > Change Job and Compensation Info.
