How to Change Non-Billable Efforts to Billable Efforts in the Work Package in App Plan Customer Project

1. Create a project with a work package and set the billing control category as non-billable.
2. Record timesheet by the resource on that work package as non-billable efforts.
3. Attempt to change the non-billable efforts to billable efforts.

The billing control category of team resources can be changed until they are confirmed. However, for additional resources and expenses, it can only be changed until the project is moved to the In Execution stage. The billing control category of an item cannot be changed if actual time postings have been recorded for the item.

1. Ensure that the billing control category of team resources is changed before they are confirmed.
2. For additional resources and expenses, change the billing control category before the project moves to the In Execution stage.
3. Avoid recording actual time postings for the item if there is a possibility of changing the billing control category.
