3542546 - Change of quantity in configuration characteristic via BAPI_CUSTOMERQUOTATION_CHANGE

Symptom

A configurable material is being used in the sales quotation. The configuration has a characteristic derived from VBAP-KWMENG (Order quantity).
Even though VBAP-KWMENG can be changed during the BAPI processing, the characteristic is not updated accordingly.
