3542579 - Cleanup of Reporting Tasks for Statutory reporting

Symptom

In Run Statutory Reports app inconsistent report tasks are created

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Cause

Incorrect reporting tasks are generated in the Run Statutory Report app due to inconsistent periodicity of report category, set the wrong values for offset, fiscal year or tax calendar fields 

Resolution

  • Open 103124 SSCUI ID.
  • Provide Reporting Entity and Reporting Category and Reporting Period (Optional) which needs to be deleted in Run Statutory Reports app and 'Run' the report in the 'Test Mode' to see the list of available reporting tasks.

  • Overview of the available reporting tasks for the selected Reporting Entity and Report Category.

  • Go back and select the 'Production Mode' and 'Delete Accepted Tasks', if you want the program to delete the reporting tasks with status 'Completed' or 'Submission Accepted by Authority' to delete the reporting tasks.

      Note: The 'Delete Accepted Tasks' option is disabled in the production environment.

  • Select 'Force Delete' to delete the selected reporting tasks anyway as this option enables deletion ignoring any errors encountered.
