3542709 - Issue with Viewing Benefits Confirmation Statement - 2H2024

Some users are unable to view the Benefits Confirmation Statement and can only download the statement, which is not correctly set when downloaded.

• SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite 
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Navigate to employee profile > Benefits
2. Click on View Benefits Confirmation Statement
3. Users are not able to see the benefits statement, only an option to download it is available

Patch will be applied on 03 Dec 2024 in preview instances and 05 Dec 2024 in production instances to resolve the issue.
