3542727 - Intermittent Issue Refreshing Workbooks in SAP Analysis for Office, Edition for SAP Analytics Cloud

• Users encounter intermittent issues when refreshing workbooks in SAP Analysis for Office, edition for SAP Analytics Cloud.
• A live connection is used on the SAC system to access Bex queries.
• Users can connect and create workbooks, but sometimes, they are unable to refresh these workbooks.
• An error message is received when the issue occurs: "Analysis couldn’t retrieve system information for data source '[name] General Query: Purchasing [name]'. Please check if the live data connection to system name is properly configured in your SAP Analytics Cloud tenant 

SAP Analytics Cloud, add-in for Microsoft Office

1. Open an Excel workbook, navigate to 'Analysis' and 'Select data source for Analysis'.
2. Use the SAC connection to https://...and open the live connections.
3. Use the connection name and select name as the data source.
4. Create the necessary workbook and save it.
5. Re-open the workbook at another time.
6. Select 'Refresh all'.
7. At times, the file is able to connect and refresh, or it fails to refresh and produces the error message.
