3542746 - Migration of Interview Scheduling using Microsoft Outlook Integration to Work Tech - Recruiting Management

Symptom

The page Set up Interview Scheduling Outlook Integration will be deprecated and all Microsoft integration configurations, for the entire SuccessFactors, will be migrated to the Work Tech configuration page. 

This article will provide more details about this migration and useful resources for the customers. 

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Resolution

The product team will simplify the Microsoft integration for SuccessFactors by moving all related configurations to a central page, Work Tech.

Customers using the Outlook Integration will have their current setups automatically moved to the new Work Tech page. There will be no integration interruptions before, during, or after the migration.  

Per the What's New Viewer 

  • For Preview, from the 1H 2025, the migration for Microsoft Outlook in Interview Scheduling to Work Tech Configuration has been done in a phased approach.
  • For Production, migration occurred on 2H 2025 (phased approach).

Until the production migration date, the customers that need to manage the integration could use the Set up Interview Scheduling Outlook Integration page. Post-migration, all aspects of the Microsoft integration, including the Teams integration, are managed using the Work Tech page. 

Note that the two configurations cannot coexist. Once the configuration is complete in the Work Teck Configuration page, the same should be removed in Set up Interview Scheduling Outlook Integration page.
