3542746 - Migration of Interview Scheduling using Microsoft Outlook Integration to Work Tech - Recruiting Management

The page Set up Interview Scheduling Outlook Integration will be deprecated and all Microsoft integration configurations, for the entire SuccessFactors, will be migrated to the Work Tech configuration page. 

This article will provide more details about this migration and useful resources for the customers. 

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

The product team will simplify the Microsoft integration for SuccessFactors by moving all related configurations to a central page, Work Tech.

As of now, no migrations have occurred in either Preview or Production data centers. Customers using the Outlook Integration will have their current setups automatically moved to the new Work Tech page. There will be no integration interruptions before, during, or after the migration.  

Please keep in mind that the new migration date has not yet been confirmed.

Until the production migration date the customers that need to manage the integration can continue to use the Set up Interview Scheduling Outlook Integration page. Post-migration, all aspects of the Microsoft integration, including the Teams integration, will be managed using the Work Tech page.
