3542749 - Integration between SAP SuccessFactors Learning and goFLUENT via SAML Connection

goFLUENT SSO needs to be set up as this OCN provider is being implemented in Learning.

As of the 1H 2026 release, SSO configuration is available via self-service in Admin Center. To complete the setup:

1. Go to “Authorized SP Assertion Consumer Service Settings” >
2. Specify the correct “Assertion Consumer Service” and “Logout URL” entries (KBA 3391826 | Authorized SP Assertion Consumer Service Settings in SAP SuccessFactors | SAP Help Portal) >
3. "Assertion Consumer Service" example URL: https://[customerid].gofluent.com/app/samlconnector?client=[customerid] >
4. Please be aware that both values are required for the configuration to be saved successfully. For clarification regarding either entry, please reach out to the OCN vendor >
5. Set the Application Name to "Other Application" >
6. Save the changes.

Note: If you’re unable to complete the configuration through Admin Center, please contact your Partner or SAP Support (“LOD-SF-LMS-OCN” component) and provide the "Assertion Consumer Service" and "Logout URL" values and BizX Company ID so the configuration can be performed via Provisioning.
