3542772 - Learning Portlets in Employee Profile Portlet with Full Profile Enabled

Symptom

The Learning portlets are not available on Full Profile for the latest People Profile.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Access the Employee Profile >
  2. Go to "Learning and Development" section >
  3. There is no learning data for learning history and curricula portlets.

Cause

Currently the learning data is not available for Full People Profile.

Resolution

Currently, the learning cards are not available to be selected on Full People Profile.

As per the SAP Help Portal | Configuring People Profile – Learning and Development, only the Development Goals are under Learning and Development category.
