  • Users are unable to login Lumira designer 

  • Found the below errors in web service logs:

    message = get The exception is of a known origin. (Error: WBP 99998)
    java.lang.ClassCastException
    org.apache.axis2.AxisFault: com.businessobjects.sdk.plugin.desktop.logicalgroup.internal.LogicalGroupFactory (loaded by java.net.URLClassLoader@11976) cannot be cast to com.crystaldecisions.sdk.occa.pluginmgr.IPluginFactory (loaded by org.apache.catalina.loader.ParallelWebappClassLoader@294773) (found matching interface com.crystaldecisions.sdk.occa.pluginmgr.IPluginFactory loaded by java.net.URLClassLoader@11976, but needed loader org.apache.catalina.loader.ParallelWebappClassLoader@294773)
    at com.businessobjects.dsws.session.SessionSkeleton$CESessionMgr.update(SessionSkeleton.java:1742)

  • This issue does not resolve by re-deploying dswsbobje web services provider
