• Backup Server reports srv_senddone messages similar to this:
  Backup Server: 1.28.2.49: Open Server routine srv_senddone failed. See Backup Server error log for additional information.
  Backup Server: 1.28.2.51: Open Server routine srv_senddone failed. See Backup Server error log for additional information.
• Eventually the Backup Server runs out of connections and reports the following:
  Open Server Error: 16133.10.0: Configuration of 20 connections has been exceeded, connection rejected
• Modern releases will have an additional diagnostic which looks like this:
  Mutex name   : send14
  - mutex ID   : 12
  - Owner      : 14
  - lockcount  : 1
  - File name  : opensrv.c
  - Line number: 2494
• The following message may also be reported:
  Open Server Error: 16400.10.0: srv__handle_password_negotiation: Unexpected failure in srv__e3_handshake.
