Symptom
Users' assigned curricula got deleted, and in User Learning Plan Audit report those records were deleted by CONNECTOR.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Learning
Reproducing the Issue
- Login and navigate to Learning Administration
- Open affected user record and note some assignments were removed from 'Assigned Items' tab
- Run a User Learning Plan Audit report and those assignments were deleted by CONNECTOR
- Check configuration under System Configuration>CONNECTORS is sfuser.connector.inactiveRule.cleanDevPlan=N, and user status has not been changed recently
Cause
The issue is caused by a change in user's job code via User Connector, and at the job code level, "Automatically remove the curricula when the user's job code changes" is checked.
The system automatically removes the curricula when the user's job code changes if this setting is enabled.
Resolution
This is an expected system behavior. Adjust the setting at the job code level according to your business requirement.
Similarly, there is another setting that assigns curricula to users with the job code: "Automatically assign the curricula when the user is assigned this job code".
