Symptom

After upgrade SAP Kernel from 7.41 PL44 to 7.53 PL1300, Msg 208 / 226 error occurred when performing 'select into ...' syntax

Msg 226, Level 16, State 1:    
Server 'DBSERVER1', Procedure 'pgets53list', Line 57:
SELECT INTO command not allowed within multi-statement transaction.
Msg 208, Level 16, State 6:    
Server 'DBSERVER1', Procedure 'pgets53list', Line 75:
#tmp not found. Specify owner.objectname or use sp_help to check whether the object exists (sp_help may produce lots of output).
(return status = -6)
