3542913 - How to restore unsaved Business Partner Data in SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

  • In SAP S/4HANA, when input data for a Business Partner (BP) is entered with tcode BP or fiori app 'Maintain Business Partner' and the session connection is lost or closed by accident, the entered data is not saved.
  • The user has to re-enter the same data when the session is reopened. It is expected to have autosave functionality to avoid duplicate effort.
