3542924 - STS SSO configuration not working in SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence 4.2 and 4.3

Symptom

  • Followed KB 2781286 to configure STS, and it seems that everything is configured correctly
  • STS log shows the STS trying to authenticate with the CMS, but it doesn’t have a token anymore, it’s strange because there was a token in the earlier request, which happened milliseconds earlier
