3542995 - Error "feature not supported: BACKUP/RECOVER for root keys can only be executed on SystemDB" while backup Tenant root key

Symptom

When using SQL statement to backup Tenant root key via Tenant DB SQL Console, below error message shows:

Could not execute 'BACKUP ENCRYPTION ROOT KEYS FOR <TID> USING FILE ('<file_path>')'
SAP DBTech JDBC: [7]: feature not supported: BACKUP/RECOVER for root keys can only be executed on SystemDB
