3543075 - [Known Issue] I-9 translator/preparer signature task not accessible from HP tile - Onboarding

Symptom

When translator/preparer is necessary for I-9, the section 1 e-signature task is not able to be completed from Home Page tile.

Translator/Preparer signature task is only available if open the task from To-do bar. 

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login or proxy as impacted user
  2. Open HP tile of completes e-Signature for I-9 section 1 task
  3. Click to Sign
  4. A pop-up displays indicating the form has been signed successfully > click on "OK" 
  5. Form still shows "Pending" & "Submit" button is still not available
  6. If open e-signature task from To-do bar, will see Translator/Preparer signature task is pending
