How to disable Un-align Goals option showing for each goal in a goal plan template?

SAP SuccessFactors Goal Management

1. Navigate to Goals/Objective tab from the Admin Center drop-down.
2. Select the affected goal plan and click on the 3 dots next to any goal.
3. You can notice Link goal and Un-align goal option listed.

Users are granted the unalign-parent or unalign-child permission in the goal plan template, depending on their roles.

You can restrict the permissions: unalign-parent or unalign-child to necessary roles depending on your requirement. You could also remove the permission definition from the goal plan template so that the Un-align option will not be displayed in the drop-down.

Note: In order to make changes in the XML, please contact your Implementation Partner. If you don't have a Partner, you can find for SAP Certified Partners via the SAP Partner Finder or, alternatively, speak with your Account Executive or Customer Engagement Executive about Professional Services options. On this specific scenario, you can also contact SAP Cloud Support via case requesting to change the order that the fields are displayed.
