3543184 - Old Consolidated Email Notification Sent After Release

After a Release upgrade, consolidated email notifications were sent some time after an action was performed in the Performance Management or Compensation form.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals

1. Check the consolidated email notification received from SAP SuccessFactors after a Release upgrade
2. Discover that the form (Performance or Compensation) this notification related to has the action (routing, completion etc.) done some time ago
3. Result: old notifications were sent from the system

1. Release upgrade on the DC causes the consolidated jobs to restart that triggered the backlog (old) notifications to be sent.
2. After DC migration to Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) the Process Batched Email job was recreated per the KBA 2481052 - Consolidated Email Notifications - Performance Management - SAP for Me 

Cancel the current "Process Batched emails" job and Re-create it with the same settings. Starting from 2511, the job supports custom time zones. You can re-create the job with CET 00:00, and it will run correctly and process emails as expected. Refer to the new checkbox “Support Non-UTC Timezone” when creating the Process Batched Emails Job.
