3543184 - Old Consolidated Email Notification Sent After 2H 2024 Release

After 2H 2024 Release upgrade consolidated email notifications were sent some time after an action was performed in the Performance Management or Compensation form.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals

1. Check the consolidated email notification received from SAP SuccessFactors after 2H 2024 Release upgrade
2. Discover that the form (Performance or Compensation) this notification related to has the action (routing, completion etc.) done some time ago
3. Result: old notifications were sent from the system

1. 2H 2024 release upgrade on the DC causes the consolidated jobs to restart that triggered the backlog (old) notifications to be sent.
2. After DC migration to Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) the Process Batched Email job was recreated per the KBA 2481052 - Consolidated Email Notifications - Performance Management - SAP for Me
