Symptom

  • During the installation/System Copy/Refresh with SWPM tool (SAP Note 1680045) the following error occurs at step "dGetFreeSpace".
  • The error message in the sapinst log is "System call failed. DETAILS: Error 87 (0x00000057) (The parameter is incorrect.) in execution of system call 'GetVolumePathName' with parameter (Z:\\)".
