3543223 - Issue with Manage Payment Media App for Amounts Over 10 Billion JPY

Symptom

The payment media has been created with the format JP_ZENGINKYO,  but it could not be opened. It displays  Message No. FZ238 'The file specified is empty' . This issue occurs when the amount is bigger than 10 billion JPY.
