3543364 - Job Information Import Issue after Release -2H 2024

While Performing Job History Import the validation, and the Import is successful and the following Error Occurred in the Job Response:“The system has encountered an unknown error on import. Please contact the System Administrator”.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Navigate to Import Employee Data.
2. Select Job History as entity.
3. Purge type is Incremental.
4. Upload the Import file with more than 100 records. 
5. Validate (successful).
6. Click Import (Successful).
7. But Error Occurred in the Job Response “The system has encountered an unknown error on import. Please contact the System Administrator”.

1. Engineering team has fixed this issue and it will be patched on 26th Nov 2024 in Preview and on 28th Nov in production environment.
