3543582 - How to set field value automatically after Hire workflow is approved

There is a custom-string field which is designed to be used to save user ID. However User ID is created after New Hire process, thus need Intelligent Services Center to set this value after hire process automatically.

Follow below steps to trigger Hire Event and set field value automatically.

1. Create an OnPost Save rule in Configure Business Rules<Employee Central Core<Trigger onPostSave Events for Job Information
   
2. Configure the rule as onPostSave rule under Manage Business Configuration<jobInfo
3. Go to Intelligent Services Center<Employee Hire
4. Click "Integration" on the right bar and Create New Integration
   
5. Integration Type is "SuccessFators" and "OData v2"
   
6. Click “Switch to Field Mapping View” to add "entity". In this example, the custom-string field is located in Manage Business Configuration<personInfo, thus entity is Biographical Information.
   
7. Select the source value and draw it to Destination field. PeronIdExternal is the key field, thus need to be mapping all the time.
   
8. Go back to Intelligent Services Center<Employee Hire, click "Integration" and "Add Integration" to add the new Integration Center job in the event.
   
9. The Integration center job should run immediately after event is published, then save the Flow.
   

Now after add new employee workflow is approved, UserID will be set to the custom-string field automatically.
