3543633 - Unable to upload a mail by 'create attachment' and 'Error occurred during import' comes out

If an e-mail document have special characters in the name of the file, for example:
'回复: 123456789 reply email'. 

When uploading it with GOS > Create > Create attachment service the error: 'Error occurred during import' is returned.
