3543668 - Unexpected schedule behavior when restarting Process Server during Time Window Maintenance

Symptom

  • Changing a Time Window on a Queue to close from e.g. 10:05 and 10:10, will re-schedule any process (ie: daily process) schedule to start during this time, to the next opening of the Time Window e.g. 10:10:01
  • However if the Process Server/System is restarted while Time Windows is close **but** after the process was originally planned to run, then the process is again re-schedule to the next submit time e.g. next day.
  • This result of unexpectedly process not running after a maintenance.
