This KBA answers commonly asked questions about C4C customer contact.

SAP Cloud for Customer.

Resolution

1. Who are the recipients in a tenant handover email?
A. The tenant handover email and other communications are sent to the IT contact only. So, customers must maintain and update IT contact regularly.

2. How to update IT contact?
A. For an initial order, customers or CSP's must reach out to customer support and get their IT contact updated before the handover email is sent.

   For existing customers with live tenants, customers can update this in service control center and Cloud Availability Center or CSNS Direct Link. . Please note that this update must be done before the handover email is sent.

3. How can I change IT contact data?
A. Go to Service Control Center  Contact Details and remove, create, change, or update the contact assignments of the current IT contact person details and replace it with new data.

4. How can I request re-triggering of the initial handover email or password reset?
A. You must raise a valid case with customer support for re-trigger of handover email/reset of password. Also, a password is only valid for the first 14 days. After this timeline, a re-trigger is done automatically with a password reset.

Note:
Logon credentials will NOT be sent to any other email address other than the maintained IT contact.
