3543811 - Translation Issue in Automatic Customer Project Invoice Request

When creating an Automatic Customer Project Invoice Request, it can been observed that the Item ID, Product ID, and Item Description are displayed in a language different from the user logon language.

1. Go to Project Management work center.
2. Select Not Invoiced Time and Expenses view.
3. Filter for All Active Customer Projects.
4. Search for the relevant Project.
5. Select the Project ID.
6. Click on New - Automatic Project Invoice Request.
7. Navigate to Items tab.

Observe that some lines are in other language.

When a sales order is initially created with a line item, product, and product description, subsequent documents will not translate the description. Instead, the product description will be displayed in the language it was originally saved in and will be not translated upon logging in again.
In the backend system, we have noticed that the language code for the Sales Order is set to one language, but the product description is in another language.
The Sales Order data is sent to the Customer Project Invoicing Agreement (CPIA) when creating a Customer Project Invoice Request (CPIR). We use the CPIA data to retrieve the Sales Order information and create items for the Invoicing Request. During the creation of the CPIR, whether it is done manually or automatically, if the end-user adds a product manually, the system will fetch the data from the Master Data and the logon language description. It will not refer to the Sales Order data from the CPIA.

For example, if the sales order was created by a user logged in with French as the language, the system stored the description in French, dnd the same data will be copied to the CPIR.
