3543815 - Error message "actual return date must be later than the start date" - Employee Central

The system is not correctly graying out the "Create Absence" button and the take rule it's not triggering.

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Proxy as employee.
2. Attempt to apply the Actual Return Date as equals to Start Date.
3. Observe that the action is not graying the submit button and the take rule has not triggered.

This is an expected behavior. The system has some internal validations before it starts to apply a rule.

The actual return date must be later than the start date. If not, the rule will not be triggered.

1. Confirm that the Actual Return Date must be later than the start date for the rule to be triggered.
2. Without the rule, it will not be possible to submit the absence.
