Symptom
After creating a build After Nov 4 and trying to use Cloud Hotfolders, after uploading a file to the hotfolder storage account, the file does not get picked up and the following error is thrown:
[m java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: The value of the parameter 'length' should be between 0 and 9223372036854775807.
