Symptom

MRS planning board (Transaction /n/MRSS/PLBOORGSRV):

"Enter a valid language and note type to maintain notes" (/MRSS/SGU252 ) error when changing duration of a Demand.

The issue is only reproducible in SAP GUI for Windows 8.00 using the Quartz theme.
