3543859 - Email API not sending emails out of SAP Sales Cloud V2

Symptom

  • The Service Cloud V2 (SCV2) Admin using the "/sap/c4c/api/v1/email-service/emails" REST API service to post replication data to SCV2.
  • Unable to send emails using the mail service API in SAP Sales Cloud V2.
  • Despite following instructions in KBA 3472917 and setting the "transmissionStatus" to "CREATE", the email is not sent out.
  • Emails are only created in the system, but no outbound email is sent to the recipients.
