3543887 - The 'Heartbeat is missing' error is displayed at 'Self-Monitoring Dashboard' for Introscope Systems in SAP Focused Run

Symptom

  • In the 'CA APM/Introscope' section of the 'Self-Monitoring Dashboard', the error 'Heartbeat is missing' is found in the column 'Heartbeat Status' for one or more of the Introscope Systems.

  • From the IntroscopeEnterpriseManager.log file, the error below is found:

    [ERROR] [SAP Push Worker 1] [Manager.SapPush.<SID>] failed to push 42 metrics com.sap.introscope.em.push.PushException: push failed to url https://frun.hostname:<PORT>/sap/srsm_mai/push_metrics/: httpStatusCode=401 responseMessage=Unauthorized at com.sap.introscope.em.push.rest.RestDpcPushClient.executePush(RestDpcPushClient.java:235)
