3543927 - What kind of Accounts My Network WC shows?

Symptom

It is desired to know what types of Accounts will be shown under the 'My Network' work center under Relationship Intelligence.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Intelligence Sales > My Network.
  2. See the number of Accounts there.
  3. Go to Customers > Accounts.
  4. See the number of Accounts there may be different from the My Network WC (or equal).

Resolution

The accounts shown under 'My Network' are derived based on the Outlook sync. If these Accounts have any references under Customer→Accounts, they will be shown in the summary list as well as count against the Account selected in 'My Network' list.
