3543939 - Credit Memo Journal Entry Line Items Not Displaying

Symptom

Journal Entry created from the Credit Memo does not display the Line Items.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Supplier Invoicing work center.
  2. Select Invoices and Credit Memos view.
  3. Search for the relevant and open it.
  4. Navigate to Document Flow.
  5. Open the Journal Entry.

Observe that under Line Items there is a message: No records found.

Cause

The system sometimes does not display all the information in the screen to avoid inconsistencies due to the high amount of data. Confirmation is needed to retrieve all the information, in this case, clicking on View All to see all the Line Items in this Journal Entry.
