3544209 - How to Reset the Password in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Symptom

The user's current password was forgotten and needs to be reset.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Resolution

The user can reset the password via the Forgot Password link on system login page with reference to the SAP Help Portal documentation:

In case the user cannot receive the reset password email or forget the security questions/PIN code, and the user is the only admin user existing in the system, report a case to SAP technical support. Technical support will help to contact Operations team to help reset initial credentials for the user's system.
