3544289 - Duplicate Forms Generated Despite Settings to Prevent Duplication

• Off cycle event batch job/launch form business rule is configured to launch forms to users.
• Despite the configuration "Prevent forms from being created with overlapping date ranges (this applies to all templates with this configuration enabled)" in the form template settings, the job continues to launch duplicate templates for users after the release of 2H 2024

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1. Check the form template settings which are set to prevent duplicate forms.
2. Observe that despite these settings, duplicate forms are being created daily.

Business rule ignoring configuration preventing overlapping forms from being created.

The fix for this issue was released on 26th November 2024 for preview environments, and on 28th November 2024 for production environments.

The following workaround was available for this issue before the fix was deployed:

• Disable the launch form business rule, launch forms manually
• If after the patch the business rule conditions cannot be met, forms will need to be manually launched
