3544298 - Undesired direct worklist entry creation (WIND) on S/4HANA releases

Symptom

On S/4HANA releases the direct worklist entry creation (WIND entry) is by default active for:

  • Document Adjustment (Purchasing document, document type: '01'), 
  • PO-based load building (Optimized PO, document type: '02')
  • Pricing Worklist (Pricing documents, document type: '10').

If you want to control (or stop the system) creating the direct worklist entries for a specific document type, you should maintain/remove the condition types on one/all of the customizing paths listed in the Resolution section below.
