The delegation feature allows users can delegate their performance review tasks to other people within a specified time period. Delegation Management also allows administrators to create delegation requests on behalf of other users, through this article you will reach what Delegation Email Notification can be changed and where you can change it.

Editing Delegation Notification Email can be done by downloading Manage Languages .csv file and changing the emails subject and body according to the options below:

After editing the fields you want, you just need to save new .csv file version and import it through Create Custom Translation button.

**Different than Document Routing or Document Completed Notifications, these changes in the format of a delegation notification can't be done through Email Notification Template Settings.**

Notes:

• The delegation email is sent automatically and has no configuration options to enable or disable it.
• Delegation notification email sent to delegates does not include a direct link to the delegation request, this is system current design.
