3544371 - UoM not rounding

After defining the necessary configurations for rounding UoMs, the rounding is not working as expected. The configuration done was 100% for Rounding up and 0% for Rounding down, or 100% for Rounding down and 0% for Rounding up, in the configuration activity 'Unit of Measure Rounding Rules' (ID: 104711).

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

According to this configuration activity documentation, for a percentage of 100 for % up or 0 for % down, the system does not round either up or down. A percentage of 0 for % up or 100 for % down, means that the system is always to round up/down to a multiple of the assigned logistics unit of measure.

Therefore, 100% or 0% for up or down will not work and this is the standard system behavior.

Maintain a different combination for Rounding up and Rounding down.
Remember to not maintain any of the fields as 100% or 0%.
