3544445 - How to cancel I-9 Reverification Task / Remove card from Homepage - Onboarding

• An I-9 reverification task was prematurely triggered for an employee by an HR Manager. The HR Manager wishes to cancel the triggered task and remove the card from homepage.
• Need to remove Complete Form I-9 Section 3 (Reverification)

Folow the steps to cancel process and remove the card from Homepage:

1. Go to Manage Data > Process > Find the process for the candidate
2. Search on "toComplianceProcess" area Find the reverification one (It should be in process or started) and get the "Process ID"
   
3. Go to Manage Data > Compliance Process and find with "Process ID" of compliance task
   
   1. Take action
   2. Change Compliance Process Status to "Compliance process cancelled"
   3. Save
      
4. Go to Manage Data > I-9 User Data > with user id search the I-9 Reverification
   1. Take action
   2. Change Status to "Cancelled"
   3. Save
      
5. Go to BPE: Business Process Monitor Tool
   1. If not able to find by process or user id, seach by complianceProcessId=("Process ID" of compliance task)
   2. Find the classfile [...2I9ReverificationWorkflow...] and get the Process Instance from it
      
6. Go to BPE: Manage User Tasks
   1. Filter by Process Instance ID    
   2. Select and Complete Task
      
7. Card should be gone from dashboard

Note: If the signature task is triggered after the above steps, get the Process Instance ID also from BPE and completed the task.

• Process Definition ID from BPE: Business Process Monitor Tool = ComplianceDocumentWorkflow
• Name from BPE: Manage User Tasks = Create signature task
