3544455 - Custom MDF Portlets Not Appearing in Personal Data Collection - Onboarding

Custom MDF portlets that were previously visible in Personal Data Collection (PDC) are no longer appearing post-release. The issue affects all external candidates.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

The issue arises due to the 'secured' configuration being set to 'No' under the 'ConfigUIMeta' object and 'SimpleFieldAndValue'.

1. Navigate to 'Manage Object Definitions'.
2. Search for 'ConfigUIMeta'.
3. Select 'Take Action > Make correction'.
4. Set 'secured=Yes'.
5. Repeat steps 1-4 for 'SimpleFieldAndValue'.
6. Navigate to 'Manage Permission Roles'.
7. Grant view permission to the 'ConfigUIMeta' object and 'ConfigUIMeta.SimpleFieldAndValue' to candidates (External Users) who need to access custom MDFs.
