3544679 - Error when uploading content package in SAP Build Work Zone

Symptom

  • An attempt to upload a content package in SAP Build Work Zone results in an error message.
  • The error message states, "ID can contain up to 20 alphanumeric characters, dots (.) or underscores (_)."
  • This issue persists even when the file is renamed with a shorter package name for example "1.zip" or "a.zip"
