3544732 - Latest People Profile Time Off balances not appearing for Inactive users

For Latest People Profile, time off balances are not visible under Time Management for Inactive users. 

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off

1. Go profile of inactive user 
2. Check Time Management section
3. See no balances seen for user

• The current system checks data as of today's date only.
• To display the time account balances card (like all other time off cards), the user must have a time profile assigned as of today. 
• This system only considers active job information records. 

Due to these factors, the time account balances card is not visible.

However, the system does display time account balance information as of the termination date under the employment details. You can find more information about this at the following link: Time Account Balances as of Termination Date.

An internal enhancement (TIM-48123)has been created to show the Time Management Links card even when the user is inactive because it may still be required to navigate to Administer Time (or the time sheet, if applicable). This will be fixed with 1H 2025.
