Symptom
- Users are unable to apply annual leave using the SAP SuccessFactors Mobile application.
- The issue is observed on both Android and iOS platforms.
- The issue does not occur when applying the same leave via a browser.

Reproducing the Issue
- Sign in to the SAP SuccessFactors Mobile application.
- Attempt to apply for annual leave.
- Below errors are encountered:
- "Internal Error" OR
- "Failed to send data. Please try again later''
Resolution
Navigate to Configure Object Definition -> Employee Time:
- Make sure 'displayQuantity' field is set to 'Read Only'. (Also, In the related RBP role of login user -> The Employee Time object's field 'displayQuantity', should not be set with field level permissions as 'No Access').
- OnChange rule(s) assigned to 'TimeType' field to default the 'Start Date' and 'End Date' to 'null' is not supported. Such rules should be removed.
- The below fields should not have any conditions maintained. Please remove the conditions(if maintained) for these fields.

- endTime
