3544785 - Internal Error Occurs On Requesting Leave in SAP SuccessFactors Mobile App

• Users are unable to apply annual leave using the SAP SuccessFactors Mobile application.
• The issue is observed on both Android and iOS platforms.
• The issue does not occur when applying the same leave via a browser.

1. Sign in to the SAP SuccessFactors Mobile application.
2. Attempt to apply for annual leave.
3. Below errors are encountered:
   • "Internal Error" OR
   • "Failed to send data. Please try again later''

Navigate to Configure Object Definition -> Employee Time:

1. Make sure 'displayQuantity' field is set to 'Read Only'. (Also, In the related RBP role of login user -> The Employee Time object's field 'displayQuantity', should not be set with field level permissions as 'No Access').
2. OnChange rule(s) assigned to 'TimeType' field to default the 'Start Date' and 'End Date' to 'null' is not supported. Such rules should be removed.
3. The below fields should not have any conditions maintained. Please remove the conditions(if maintained) for these fields.
   • timeType
   • startDate
   • endDate
   • startTime
   • endTime
   • displayQuantity
   • comment
