Symptom
- Users are unable to apply annual leave using the SAP SuccessFactors Mobile application.
- The issue is observed on both Android and iOS platforms.
- The issue does not occur when applying the same leave via a browser.

Reproducing the Issue
- Sign in to the SAP SuccessFactors Mobile application.
- Attempt to apply for annual leave.
- getting the below error :
,,Failed to send data. Please try again later''
Resolution
- Navigate to Configure Object Definition -> Employee Time.
- The below fields should not be maintained with any conditions:
- timeType
- startDate
- endDate
- startTime
- endTime
- displayQuantity
- comment
- Example:
- Please remove the conditions(if maintained) for these fields.
