3544855 - Retrieving Specialist Details Not on Collection Worklist in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Symptom

  • Inability to retrieve the details of specialists who are not on the collection worklist.
  • The SAP Standard app "Supervise Collection Worklist" discards the specialist details who are not on the collection worklist and only provides open worklist item information.
  • A custom CDS View was created from the data source I_CollectionWorklistItem to show the specialists even if they are not on the collection worklist, but the issue persists.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Access the SAP Standard app "Supervise Collection Worklist" in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud System.
  2. Attempt to retrieve the details of specialists who are not on the collection worklist.

Resolution

Use CDS View I_CustomerContactAttribute Customer Contact Attribute to retrieve the details of the specialist for collection worklist.
