3544918 - User unable to see manual sent emails sent to candidates.

Symptom

Recruiters are unable to see the contents of the emails sent by another recruiter in the correspondence of a candidate application when viewing from the latest applicant workbench.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. A recruiter sends a manual email to a candidate on a job requisition.
  2. A second recruiter attempts to view the email but is unable to see the email details.

Cause

Resolution

Our engineering team have been made aware of the issue and are currently reviewing.
