3544918 - User unable to see email body of manually sent emails to candidates in New Workbench - Recruiting

Symptom

Recruiters are unable to see the contents of the emails sent by another recruiter in the correspondence of a candidate application when viewing from the latest applicant workbench. 

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. A recruiter sends a manual email to a candidate on a job requisition.
  2. A second recruiter attempts to view the email but is unable to see the email details.

Resolution

The engineering team will be delivering a code fix for this issue

The Release Dates are as follows

Preview: 13th of October
Production: 14th of November 

After the release, we kindly ask that you re-test the issue
